Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Unused, undamaged items may be returned within 10 days of purchase.

Please notify the gallery before returning an item purchased online. Once the returned item arrives at gallery, it will be inspected for damage. If the piece is returned in its original condition, the gallery will initiate a refund based on the order's original payment method: 

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Returns for online purchases need to be securely packaged. Labels must be prepaid and fully insured with signature required. 

Returns will be processed within one business day of receipt; an email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been initiated. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
